Getting there
Every event card shows where it is, and the location line is always a link — it opens a map search. If the coach filled in a street address you get exact directions; if there’s only a venue name, the search does its best with that.
📍 Copper — Center Village · 209 Ten Mile Cir, Frisco CO
Two parts before the address: the resort, then the specific spot within it. Copper has an East Village and a Center Village; Breckenridge has Sundown and Cimarron. Which one matters when you’re deciding where to park, so they’re shown separately.
The event’s own title carries the resort too — U16 GS — Copper — so you can see where you’re going without opening anything.
Tap it and your phone opens the venue in maps — Apple Maps or Google Maps on an iPhone, Google Maps on Android. From there it’s one more tap to directions.
If the map lands in the wrong place
That usually means the coach entered a venue name but no street address, so the map is guessing. Worth mentioning to your coach — an address on the event fixes it for every family at once.
Already subscribed to the calendar feed?
If you’ve added the team calendar to your phone’s calendar app (see Calendar subscriptions), the address is in there too — your calendar app will show its own map link on the event.
Race days
For races, the details that matter at 7am — where to meet, when to be there, which lodge — go in the event’s notes, so read those as well as the location. If they’re not there and you need them, ask your coach; a quick message on the event is the fastest way.
