Who gets the daily email
Once a day at 6pm club time, the system sends a digest email summarizing all the events that changed today for your family. The email lists each change with a tap-through link to your family page.
Screenshot: digest email bodyWhat’s in the digest
Every event change that affected your athlete in the last 24 hours:
- Time changes
- Cancellations / un-cancellations
- Location changes
- Coach notes added
- New events
If there were no changes today, no email goes out. (No “0 changes today” noise.)
What’s NOT in the digest
- Push-only notifications (≤48h events) are not duplicated in the digest — those went to your phone via push and Telegram already.
- Other families’ RSVPs / quick messages.
So you might wonder why some changes do show up there and others don’t — the rule is: ≤48h changes go to push + Telegram, >48h changes wait for the digest.
Who on your family gets it
Each parent contact on the family has an alerts on/off toggle. On by default for the first contact; off for any contacts added after.
To change:
- Open your family page.
- Scroll to Who gets alert emails? at the bottom.
- Tick / un-tick each parent’s row.
- Tap Save.
Why does only one parent default to “on”?
Two copies of every email landing in two inboxes was just noise for most families. Defaulting the second contact to off keeps things quiet out of the box — flip the toggle if you want both addresses on the digest.
Stop the digest entirely
Untick every contact’s alerts box. No email goes to anyone. Your phone push and the Telegram channel still work.
Change which email address gets it
The digest goes to the email address on file for each contact. To change yours, ask your coach — they edit contacts in the admin panel.
