More than one athlete

Families come in a lot of shapes. The calendar supports three, and you can switch between them at any time by telling a coach.

Everyone on one page (most families)

One address for the whole household. Every athlete’s sessions show on the page; the filter at the top narrows to one athlete. Each phone says who is using it — tap the name at the top and pick Mom, Dad, Grandma or an athlete — so coaches see “Mom · yes” and quick messages post with the right name.

Siblings in different groups need nothing extra: each athlete shows their own group’s events, and the Calendar on your phone section in Settings (≡) has one subscribe link per calendar they are in.

A separate page for an athlete (blended households)

When the people who answer for one athlete are not the people who answer for the other — say a brother and a sister with one shared parent and one who is not — each athlete can have their own page: its own address, its own contacts, its own email alerts.

The parent in both households simply holds both addresses. Settings (≡) → Switch to another family moves between them on one phone.
Nobody else sees the other page. Addresses are never shown to anyone who does not hold them.
A coach sets it up. On the getting-started tour, choosing Give an athlete their own page sends your coaches the request; or just ask one.

The athletes answer for themselves

Same page, same address. On a teenager’s phone, tap the name at the top and pick their own; their RSVPs and quick messages carry their name. Parents keep answering from their phones too, and everyone sees the same page.

Changing your mind

Any of these can change later — a coach can split siblings onto separate pages or bring them back together. Answers already given stay with the athlete. Which shape you picked on the tour is only a starting point.
