Contact your coach
This help site covers most common questions, but a real person can help when:
- You’re locked out and can’t find your slug.
- Your athlete is on the wrong group.
- A parent contact email needs updating.
- The system is doing something weird that doesn’t match what’s documented here.
How to reach the coach
Three options:
- Quick message on an event card — “Out sick” / “Running late” / “Other” with a detail in the free-text field. Best for anything tied to a specific practice or race.
- Email or text the coach directly — for anything not event-related (changing your contact info, registration questions, athlete-group moves). Coach email and phone are typically in your original invite email.
- Telegram direct message — if you’re already on Telegram, you can DM the coach. The club’s broadcast channels are admin-only, so commenting on a channel post isn’t a way to reach the coach there.
For non-urgent things, email is fine — coaches check at their own pace.

Try the search box at the top of this help site — most common questions are already documented somewhere in here. Easier and faster than waiting on a reply.
If you’ve searched and still can’t find an answer, reach out to your coach using one of the options above.
